These Terms apply to your use of the Glaciervista website and any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare that this applies to you. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation.
• Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable statutory VAT; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged for the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We strongly advise travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay where a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, fails to observe our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits may be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise all reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We accept no responsibility for valuables not deposited in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Glaciervista or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property legislation.

This website may include links to third-party sites. We are not liable for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
